Keep it going.

19. Male. Trying to lose weight and be as thin as I can. Healthily, of course.

UPDATE: I’m still exercising! I just haven’t had a chance to take my weekly photo the last couple weeks because of the craziness of moving and getting situated with classes.

I have, however, continued hitting the gym, and I feel amazing. Hopefully I can post a picture soon!

Week 10, Day 64

I see a huge difference from day 1 still, and even from week 2 and 3. I’m beginning to see slight definition and I’m definitely more energetic and confident in my clothing.

I wonder how long I’ll continue to change for the better..this is amazing.

Week 9, Day 57
My computer camera is being strange and stretching things vertically…So this may or may not be a distorted image, though, either way, I’m still improving!

Yesterday I started trying on random articles of clothing and they fit so much differently/more comfortably. After 50+ days of committing to the gym, I look and feel worlds more comfortable in my clothes and in my skin.

This is worth it.

I don’t know exactly how many pounds I’ve lost since being serious about hitting the gym every day that I can manage it because I don’t own a scale and am more concerned with how I feel and look. After 50 days of cardio, light resistance training, and eating differently, I’m seeing some changes!

This is my progress as of last Tuesday, everyone. Wow, what a change.

Week 8, Day 50
Day 50?? I can’t believe it’s been that long! For your information, I went out and bought a comfy size 32 in jeans today. I’m usually a snug size 34. Now all my pants need to be pulled up constantly, which isn’t exactly the worst feeling in the world. (:
Hitting the gym right after this post!

Hitting the gym right after this post!

I totally forgot to do a week 7 post. I was too wrapped up in my travel plans, but rest assured, the gym is still a daily activity (dare I say, a daily habit?).

I’m sure I’ll remember to post a week 8 next Tuesday!

WHAT a difference about 7 weeks makes. My body has definitely toned, slimmed down, and now I’m starting to see it in my face, which is one of the places I’m most self conscious about when I’ve got more pounds on than I want to.

Seeing these changes just makes me even more motivated. Imagine where I’ll be in another month or two?

Week 6, Day 36
I’m now past the 1 month point, and I have to say, the pictures are starting to show some subtle changes! I feel worlds better and I feel a difference in the way my pants fit.
Not to mention I also have way more energy! I like where this is going.

Week 5, Day 29
On the 4th of July, it will have been a solid month of being serious about going to the gym! My pants are definitely feeling better, and I can see minute changes in my body. I know that most say you don’t see much before 2 months, so I guess that means I’ll have to be patient.

After these four weeks I can honestly say that pants are fitting a little more loosely. This works, people!

Week 4, Day 22
Still a work in progress. Just have to keep going.

Week 4, Day 22

Still a work in progress. Just have to keep going.

My body is a work in progress. Even though it’s the end of my fourth week exercising, this doesn’t mean I should slow down.

I have to remember that it’s on it’s way and that this takes MONTHS.

Week 3, Day 15
Still nothing too noticeable, but I feel more healthy in some capacity. That’s good, right?
Got to keep going, it’s only been a couple weeks.

Still going strong here. Tried out doing high intensity intervals on the treadmill, and it went pretty well! I was tired as a dog afterwards, but it was a good workout, combined with the elliptical beforehand.

Hooray for being active!
